When you Unleash in the presence of the divine, mark Corruption.
When you Let it Out in the presence of the infernal, mark Corruption.

I’ve been thinking about city moves for our El Paso/Juarez game, too. Formally these are Threat moves (reasons, spoilers, etc.).
